Refund Eligibility:

You may request a refund within 48 hours of your initial enrollment in the course.

Refund requests made after 48 hours of enrollment will be declined.

Restricted Content Refund:

Once you have accessed more than 10% of the course’s restricted content, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Restricted content includes any material marked as “restricted,” such as specific lessons, modules, or premium content.

Downloadables Refund:

There will be no refunds for downloadable content once you have initiated the download process.

Downloadable content includes any files, documents, or resources made available for download as part of the course.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team within 48 hours of enrollment.

Refund requests should be sent to enquiries@ghosttraders.co.za.

Please provide your order number and a reason for the refund request in your communication.

Refund Amount:

If your refund request is approved within the 48-hour window and before accessing more than 10% of the restricted content, you will be eligible for a full refund of the course fee.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during enrollment.

Downloadable course materials after initiation of the download process.

Courses with access to more than 10% of the restricted content.

Mentorship Program and Consultation

Course Cancellation:

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the course, learners will be eligible for a full refund, regardless of the time of cancellation.Merged course doesn’t translate to a canceled course

Course Changes:

We reserve the right to modify or update the course content, structure, or availability without prior notice. In some cases, we may merge two or more individual courses into one comprehensive course, providing enhanced learning opportunities for our students Such changes do not entitle learners to a refund.
