At GhostTraders, we are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience. However, given the digital nature of our content, we have established the following refund policy to ensure fairness for both our students and our instructors. By purchasing on our website, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Refund Eligibility Window

You may request a refund within 48 hours of your initial enrollment date.

  • Refund requests made after 48 hours of purchase/enrollment will be declined.
  • Refund requests must be sent to our support team at enquiries@ghosttraders.co.za with your order number and the reason for the request.

2. Restricted Content & Progress Limit

To protect our intellectual property, refund eligibility is voided if you have consumed a significant portion of the course.

  • The 20% Rule: Once you have accessed, viewed, or marked as complete more than 20% of the course content (including specific lessons, modules, or premium videos), you are no longer eligible for a refund, even if the request is made within the 48-hour window.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Downloadable Content: Any files, documents, PDF resources, or indicators made available for download. Once the download process has been initiated, the right to a refund is waived.
  • Mentorship & Consultations: All fees paid for Mentorship Programs, 1-on-1 consultations, or live coaching sessions are non-refundable.
  • Accessed Courses: Any course where more than 20% of the material has been accessed.

4. Course Cancellations & Mergers

  • Cancellation by GhostTraders: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a course entirely, all enrolled learners will be eligible for a full refund, regardless of the time of cancellation.
  • Course Mergers: We reserve the right to modify, update, or merge courses to provide enhanced learning opportunities. A “merged” course does not constitute a “canceled” course. If two or more courses are combined into one comprehensive curriculum, this is considered a content update and does not entitle learners to a refund.

5. Refund Process & Issuance

To initiate a refund, contact enquiries@ghosttraders.co.za within the eligible 48-hour period.

  • If your request meets all criteria (under 48 hours, under 20% progress, no downloads), a full refund of the course fee will be approved.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during enrollment.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns or encounter any issues with the course content or access, please reach out to us first. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and ensuring you have a positive educational journey.
