  • “Service” refers to the educational content, courses, and mentorship provided by GhostTraders.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, GhostTraders and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this Website.

  • Course Content Protection: All course videos, PDFs, strategies, and indicators are the exclusive property of GhostTraders.
  • Restrictions: You are specifically restricted from:
    • Publishing any Website material in any other media;
    • Selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any Website material;
    • Sharing your login credentials with third parties to allow them access to paid or restricted content.

Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

3. Educational Services & “Free Course” Access

GhostTraders offers educational courses on the Forex market.

  • Broker-Sponsored Access: Certain courses are provided “free of charge” on the condition that you register and fund a trading account with our partner broker (e.g., IC Markets) under our Introducing Broker (IB) structure.
  • Revocation of Access: We reserve the right to revoke access to these courses if you withdraw your funds, close your trading account, or unlink your account from our IB structure before meeting the required trading volume.
  • No Financial Advice: You acknowledge that all content provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

4. User Comments and Content

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information. GhostTraders does not filter, edit, publish, or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of GhostTraders, its agents, or affiliates.

  • We reserve the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Trading Losses: GhostTraders shall not be held liable for any trading losses, loss of profits, or capital loss sustained by you while applying concepts learned from our courses. You trade at your own risk.

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent GhostTraders from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites (such as Brokerage firms) or services that are not owned or controlled by GhostTraders.

  • GhostTraders has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
  • You acknowledge and agree that GhostTraders shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by your use of any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nelspruit for the resolution of any disputes.

GhostTraders is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website, you are expected to review these Terms regularly.
